Two Women and One Minor Arrested in Georgia Burglary Ring

Thanks to the hard work of Georgia law enforcement officials, three individuals have been captured and arrested on various counts of robbery. The suspects included two women and one minor. Sources reported that 27-year-old Zenobia Griffin and 20-year-old Dacquiri Huff have been accused of burglary, criminal attempt to commit burglary, felony theft by taking and misdemeanor theft by taking. The charges against the 16-year-old have not been made public.

Several residents Winder had contacted police over the past few weeks because they said their houses had been burglarized. Following an investigation, authorities were able to obtain a search warrant to Griffin’s home. Upon entering, detectives discovered several televisions and multiple electronics that were missing from homes in the surrounding area.

“While speaking to Ms. Griffin, police observed a television in her residence that was believed to be stolen,” the news release states, according to Patch.com, an online news website. “The detectives left Ms. Griffin’s home and obtained a search warrant. They returned to Ms. Griffin’s home to execute the search warrant and were able to recover multiple flat panel televisions and many other electronics that had been reported stolen from area burglaries.”

Both Griffin and Huff have criminal records. Griffin was charged with aggravated assault and cruelty to children while her alleged partner in crime was previously arrested for willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
